  1. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, you will receive a full refund.

Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to the return policy below after receiving the product.

  1. Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns of eligible products within 14 days after delivery.

To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or receipt).

Before returning any item, you must contact our customer service team to obtain the correct return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Due to the nature of our products:
• Live plants, custom-made items, and personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Perishable items (such as live potted plants) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery if damaged.

  1. Notes on Return Shipping

• If the return is due to the customer’s personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The exact cost depends on the carrier you choose.
• If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, or item damaged during shipping), Oerdanta will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement at no additional charge.
• No restocking fee will be charged for approved returns.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@Oerdanta.com and include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the product and packaging

We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email confirming receipt of the returned item.

We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

• First, check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next, contact your bank. Processing delays sometimes occur.
