Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You may track your order using the provided tracking number through a global tracking platform such as www.17track.net or through the carrier’s official website.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.

  1. Changing Your Shipping Address

Shipping address changes are only allowed before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the same day the order is placed.

After this time, we may not be able to modify the shipping details, as the order may already be processed or dispatched.
